Notice the end of these screws have no threads. The reason is so you don’t damage the threads when pushing through the Jeeps hinges into the windshield, door panels or tailgate. The ends are designed to make them fit when alignment is slightly off. Torx Screw Bolts with threads on the ends can be very difficult to install.
