Notice that this style of OEM Jeep Wrangler hard top fastener nut has an oblong shape. This is so the nut does not spin while tightening the Torx Screw through the Hard Top and then into the body of your Jeep Wrangler. Also the thickness is for a good reason, It holds the top of your Jeep On so it doesnt fall off in a collision or a roll over!! I have seen some Jeep Wrangler nuts on ebay very thin like soft top nuts..They are Not Safe to use on hard tops.

Only issue I have is I’m a bit of a purist. I chose Jeep Hardware because of the picture representing the nuts that featured the correct logo found on my original hardtop nuts. As excellent as they are made, the replacement nuts do not have this logo. Not a huge deal but the picture is a bit misleading this way.

Pricing on these on Jeep websites and the factory ranged from $37.52 to $14 for just one. Good pricing here!
